Google Ads Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Google Ads Specialist. The Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive performance and achieve marketing objectives. Daily tasks include creating, analyzing, and adjusting ad campaigns, conducting keyword research, tracking performance metrics, creating reports, and providing recommendations for improvement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies will also be required.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Google Ads campaign management and keyword research
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with strong knowledge of tools like Google Analytics
• Experience in digital marketing strategies and paid advertising
• Ability to optimize ad performance and adjust PPC bidding strategies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently in an on-site team environment
• Experience in the retail or e-commerce sector is a plus
• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
