Job description

Shift Timings : 3 : 00pm to 12 : 00pm IST

Key Responsibilities :

  • Help lead OTM upgrade efforts (on-premise / in-place) to version 6.5.3.
  • Design and implement functional enhancements tailored to business needs.
  • Perform comprehensive testing of upgrades and customizations.
  • Optimize and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance.
  • Collaborate on infrastructure and integration support for OTM environments.
  • Troubleshoot post-upgrade issues and support ongoing operations.
  • Document solutions and support knowledge transfer.

Required Qualifications :

  • 4-7+ years of OTM experience, including at least 2 full upgrade lifecycles.
  • Hands-on expertise with OTM 6.5.x or similar versions.
  • Strong knowledge of OTM configurations, workflows, and integrations.
  • Solid experience in Oracle DB administration and SQL / PLSQL development.
  • Familiarity with server, middleware, and infrastructure elements of OTM.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Background in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
