Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and implementation.
• Develop, configure, and implement solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including A / B testing and performance optimization.
• Build and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Use SQL and AMPscript for data manipulation, dynamic personalization, and campaign optimization.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Marketing Cloud applications and integrations.
• Stay current on Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, updates, and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and related programming languages.
• Experience with data management, integrations, and campaign analytics within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Familiarity with email marketing strategies and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and related ecosystem tools.
• Working knowledge of HTML / CSS for email template development.
