Role Description

Rasoi Robotics plans to launch a pilot restaurant utilizing the automated equipment ecosystem it has developed.

This is a full-time, remote role for a Co-Founder , preferably based in Mumbai or Bangalore . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing operations in a small to mid-sized organization . Practical experience is valued more than formal education.

The Co-Founder will be responsible for strategic planning, business development, and operational management of this new concept. Key responsibilities include :

Driving R&D and operational initiatives .

Conducting market research to identify growth opportunities.

Strengthening internal and external communication channels .

Making data-driven decisions to propel the company forward.

The role demands extensive collaboration with stakeholders and active contribution to the company’s long-term vision .

Qualifications

Strong leadership, Analytical Skills, and ability to make data-driven decisions

Exceptional Communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder management

Experience in Marketing and Operations, with a focus on business growth and market expansion

Proficiency in conducting Research to identify industry trends and opportunities

Entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to thrive under challenging conditions

Experience in the FoodTech or related industries is a plus

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
