About the Role
As a Sr Sales Manager, you will be the first point of contact for prospective learners. Your mission will be to engage with potential students over calls, understand their needs, guide them to the right programs, and drive admissions through consultative selling.You will be making 80–100 calls daily with consistent follow-ups and closing monthly enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to potential learners daily
Counsel prospective students on suitable course options
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions
Deliver an excellent customer experience through trust and rapport
Requirements
6–10 years of proven sales experience with strong target achievement
Exceptional communication and persuasion skills
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Goal-oriented mindset with excellent follow-up ability
Own laptop and stable internet connection
Work Schedule : 6 days a week (Sunday fixed off)
