Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through assigned bank branches.
- Build relationships with branch staff and conduct product training.
- Generate leads via branch activities and joint customer calls.
- Recommend suitable life insurance plans based on customer needs.
- Ensure proper documentation, underwriting follow-up, and customer service.
- Maintain MIS, reports, and ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines.
Requirements
