Shipowl.io, India's first tech-enabled D2C sourcing platform, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations in Indore

Position Details

Location : Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Employment Type : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goodsascsoftware+1​

Manage inventory control, conduct regular audits, and ensure stock accuracy

Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff to meet productivity targets

Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and delivery partners for timely fulfillment

Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliancetargetjobs+1​

Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency

Track KPIs, prepare operations reports, and implement continuous improvement

Required Qualifications :

2+ years of warehouse management experience

Strong leadership and team management skills

Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software

Understanding of supply chain, logistics, and order fulfillment

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

Experience with health and safety regulations and compliance
