Job Title : Client Manager
Position Summary
As a Client Manager at Foresight, you will serve as a strategic relationship partner to our clients — leading knowledge-driven conversations and ensuring a deeply personalized and premium experience. You will represent the firm’s thinking, philosophy, and value proposition in a way that builds long-term trust, drives referrals organically, and increases client wallet share through genuine value creation.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Investment, Client Service and external teams to provide context, clarity, and strategic interpretation of market events and portfolio outcomes. You will be accountable for deepening client engagement, elevating the quality of advisory dialogue, and expanding the relationship depth across families we serve.
This role is ideal for professionals who combine relationship intelligence with sound knowledge of personal finance — and who are passionate about serving families with integrity, insight, and long-term stewardship.

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Management
Handle leads efficiently, ensuring a smooth and timely conversion.
Conduct initial discussions to understand client needs and effectively communicate the firm’s value proposition.
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience by working closely with internal teams.
Client Engagement
Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication and periodic check-ins.
Mobilize relevant internal and external stakeholders to deliver portfolio reviews and address queries.
Maintain a proactive engagement approach, taking into account client preferences and communication styles.
Drive regular in-person meetings to deepen trust and strengthen partnerships.
Client Servicing
Serve as the single point of contact for all client queries and service requirements.
Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality query resolution.
Maintain accountability for the overall client experience and satisfaction.
Growth and Opportunity Development
Work closely with clients to identify new ways to strengthen and optimize their portfolios.
Continuously explore solutions aligned with each client’s evolving goals, priorities, and life stages.
Introduce services or planning tools that add value beyond investments — such as estate planning, tax advisory, or family office services.
Encourage a collaborative approach that promotes trust, transparency, and shared long-term success.
Track and communicate progress on key outcomes, ensuring the client’s financial plan remains on course.
Product & Portfolio Knowledge
Maintain a strong understanding of client portfolios and core financial planning principles.
Provide informed insights and coordinate with investment team for portfolio discussions.
Stay updated on market trends, product developments, and best practices across all services offered by the firm.
Skills & Competencies
Strong relationship management and interpersonal communication skills.
High level of ownership, empathy, and client-centric approach.
Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively across teams.
Sound understanding of financial products, portfolio management, and wealth advisory concepts.
Strong organizational and reporting capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
3–7 years of experience in client management, wealth management, or financial services.
Prior experience in managing HNI / UHNI clients preferred.
