Location : Gurugram
Experience : 2–5 years in E-commerce, Q-commerce, or Category Management in FMCG
Role Overview :
We’re seeking a data-driven, high-energy Category & Account Manager to own and scale our presence across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. This role combines P&L ownership, brand execution, supply chain coordination, and growth hacking — with a strong focus on managing PO operations and ensuring flawless execution.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop & execute category strategy, pricing, promos, and pack-size architecture.
Act as SPOC for Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit.
Lead joint business planning, negotiate visibility & investments with platforms.
Partner with agencies for campaign strategy & reporting.
Drive GMV, volume, margins, and ROI on marketing spends.
Run growth experiments : regional bundling, flash sales, seasonal SKUs.
Coordinate cross-functionally for inventory, content, and campaign execution.
Explore emerging opportunities like ONDC and new online channels.
Ideal Candidate :
2–5 years’ experience in e-commerce / Q-commerce / category management (FMCG preferred).
Hands-on with platform portals like Amazon Seller Central, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto.
Strong Excel & data analysis skills; understands commercial levers & margins.
Proven stakeholder management & execution-first mindset.
