BAW Developer

Required Skills Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in BAW (Business Automation Workflow) development or related technologies.
• Strong proficiency in BAW tools like IBM BPM, IBM BAW, and related technologies (Java, REST APIs, Web services, etc.).
• Experience with workflow design, process automation, and integration with backend systems.
• Solid understanding of business process management and process automation principles.
• Expertise in JavaScript, Java, and related development languages.
• Hands-on experience with web services, SOAP, REST, and other integration technologies.
• Knowledge of database systems like DB2, SQL Server, or Oracle, including query writing and performance tuning.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
