Job Title : PPQM L3 Sr. Consultant

As a Senior Consultant in SAP PPQM, you will lead and deliver end-to-end SAP S / 4HANA implementations (Private and

Public Cloud) for global clients. You will be responsible for solution design, configuration, integration, and deployment

of Production Planning and Quality Management processes, ensuring best practices and business value.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute full lifecycle SAP S / 4HANA PPQM implementations (Private & Public Cloud).

Gather business requirements, conduct workshops, and translate them into SAP solutions.

Configure and customize SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) modules.

Integrate PPQM with other modules (MM, SD, CO, WM, etc.).

Design and implement business processes for discrete, process, and repetitive manufacturing.

Manage data migration, cutover, and post-go-live support.

Provide expertise in SAP Fiori apps, S / 4HANA Data Migration tools, and cloud-specific functionalities.

Conduct user training, UAT, and prepare project documentation.

Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, interfaces, and custom developments.

Advise clients on SAP best practices, innovations (e.g., GenAI, automation), and digital transformation.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of hands-on SAP PPQM experience, with at least 2 end-to-end S / 4HANA implementations (including Private

and / or Public Cloud).

Strong configuration and testing skills in :

o Forecasting, Demand Management, MRP Live

o Shop Floor Execution, Capacity Planning

o Quality Planning, Inspection, Notifications, Batch Management

o Engineering Change Management, Order Change Management

Experience with SAP S / 4HANA migration and cloud deployment (RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP).

Integration experience with MM, SD, CO, and other modules.

Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP Activate methodology, and S / 4HANA Data Migration tools.

Experience in process industries (PI sheets, Recipe Management, Active Ingredient Calculation) is a plus.

Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to lead workshops and training sessions.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

SAP S / 4HANA certification (PP, QM, or both).

Experience with SAP Public Cloud and Private Cloud editions.

Exposure to SAP BTP, AI / ML, or automation tools.

Experience in Agile project delivery.

Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable to new technologies.
