Inside Sales Executive Intern

Job descriptionPursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in B2B SaaS sales and the HR tech domain. Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn sales strategies and CRM tools. Comfortable working in a remote setup.
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive Intern to join our dynamic sales team. The intern will play a key role in generating leads, understanding customer needs, and assisting in driving conversions. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the SaaS and HR tech industry and a great opportunity to build a career in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Schedule demos and assist in conducting product presentations.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead and opportunity details.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to improve the sales funnel.
- Support the team in achieving monthly outreach and conversion goals.
