We’re hiring a Chief Technology Officer (Co-Founder) to lead and scale the architecture, engineering, and AI / automation systems at SkillsCapital — a global tech talent platform powered by AI and built for the enterprise ecosystem. You’ll work closely with the founding team to own everything from platform architecture and core infrastructure to LLM-driven intelligence systems, automation pipelines, and delivery scalability — and help us scale from 20 → 100.
Experience is no bar for this role, but performance is. We’re looking for a high-performing individual with strong technical exposure in building B2B platforms, Enterprise Tech Solutions, AI integrations, and scalable cloud infrastructure — ideally within enterprise software, HRTech, talent platforms, or product-led B2B domains. What matters most is your ability to build, take full ownership of technology, operate with clarity and accountability, and consistently deliver scalable, productized systems in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Own
Architect and lead development of our core platform, including :
Talent Cloud and Blockchain Engine
Automated Vetting Engine
Custom Candidate & Client Portals
Integration APIs and internal tools
Build scalable, modular systems for automation, matching, parsing, and scoring
Lead the AI and LLM integration across workflows like consultant vetting and talent-intelligence matching
Oversee cloud infrastructure, security, performance, and scalability
Define the tech roadmap, manage internal and external engineering teams, and collaborate with product, sourcing, and delivery
Build engineering processes that support shipping fast, iterating intelligently, and scaling with quality

Compensation
This is a co-founder role, and compensation will be structured accordingly
You’ll receive significant equity, with long-term upside tied to scale and success
Minimal base salary to begin with, reflecting our early-stage but fast-scaling model
Compensation will grow meaningfully based on :

Your leadership in building a high-performing tech stack
