Key Responsibilities (Commercial ICI Projects) :
This is a part-time position with a hybrid work model – a combination of remote work and in-person site visits or office meetings as required.
- Manage all phases of commercial ICI construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
 - Develop project work plans, schedules, and milestones; provide regular updates to stakeholders.
 - Ensure compliance with contract scope, safety standards, budget controls, and quality requirements.
 - Coordinate with site supervisors to monitor on-site progress and address any field issues.
 - Maintain accurate project documentation using construction management software.
 - Handle all project administration, including submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, change orders, site instructions, deficiency reports, and closeout packages.
 - Prepare cost estimates, bid packages, and tender submissions for ICI projects.
 - Issue and manage purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers.
 - Track subcontractor invoices and prepare project billing and progress claims.
 - Maintain strict budget control and identify cost-effective solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
 - Represent the company at project meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors through proactive communication.
 - Address project challenges and conflicts promptly to avoid delays.
