Role overview and responsibilities

Dhruva Space is looking for detail-oriented and proactive Project Management Associate to join our dynamic Project Management Team. The ideal candidate will assist in the execution and monitoring of complex space engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards. This role involves close coordination with engineering teams, updating project status, managing schedules, and handling cost aspects.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Support the Project Management Team in planning, coordinating, and executing satellite design and integration projects.
• Track project progress as per milestones and deliverables to ensure they are on schedule.
• Update and maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, cost estimates, and status reports.
• Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and management.
• Identify potential risks and issues, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure that all project activities comply with company standards and client requirements.
• Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenditures, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
