We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our vibrant team. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Aspire, building relationships with clients, showcasing our projects, and driving sales to new heights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy : Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Project Showcases : Conduct project tours and presentations, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our projects.
  • Market Analysis : Stay updated with the latest market trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients and the team.
  • Negotiation : Facilitate negotiations between buyers and developers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Documentation : Assist clients with the necessary paperwork and ensure a smooth and seamless transaction process.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, pre-sales, and post-sales teams to ensure a cohesive and effective sales process.
  • Social Media Home Tours : In collaboration with the marketing team, showcase our stunning properties through engaging home tours on social media, creating captivating short-form videos that attract and inspire potential buyers!

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for Real Estate : a genuine interest in the real estate industry and a desire to help clients find their dream homes.
  • Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Customer-centric approach : a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Results-driven : A self-motivated individual with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Adaptability : the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Tech-savvy : comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
  • Experience : Previous experience in sales, particularly in real estate, is a plus but not mandatory. We value passion and the willingness to learn.
