Location : Bangalore(Work from Office)

Timing : Full-time | Monday to Saturday

Industry : B2B Sales Outsourcing and Consulting

MillionCXO is a B2B lead generation and appointment booking company that helps IT, SaaS, and consulting firms connect with decision-makers across the USA. We’re fast, focused, and execution-driven — and we’re looking for someone who can bring the same energy to assist our Managing Director & CEO directly.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Personal Assistant to work closely with the Managing Director & CEO in managing daily operations, communication, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is an execution powerhouse — organized, reliable, and capable of getting things done without reminders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage CEO’s calendar — schedule meetings, calls, and reviews.
  • Coordinate and follow up with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations).
  • Draft and send business communication, proposals, and reports on behalf of the CEO.
  • Track the progress of tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings (WBRs / MBRs) and maintain records.
  • Organize data, presentations, and key documents for meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest discretion.
  • Maintain task trackers and ensure daily updates are shared with the CEO.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and internal hires when required.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi) — both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strong follow-up and accountability mindset.
  • Tech-savvy — proficient with Google Workspace, Excel, and task management tools (Notion, Trello, or ClickUp).
  • Prior experience assisting a Founder, CEO, or Director preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
