We’re Hiring – Revit / BIM Modeler for Interior Project
The Black CAD Studio is looking for a skilled Revit / BIM Modeler to join our team for an international hospitality project.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop Revit models at LOD 200 (Schematic Design) and LOD 300 (Detailed Design).
- Prepare accurate drawings and documentation directly from models.
- Coordinate models with other disciplines and assist in clash detection.
- Manage quantity extraction and BOQ setup in Revit / Excel.
- Collaborate using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for design review and issue tracking.
- Work closely with the team in weekly coordination meetings.
Requirements :
Location : New Delhi (Hybrid / Remote option may be considered)
Experience : 1–3 years (BIM / Revit modeling experience preferred)
Type : Full-time / Project-based
