Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) with 3+ years of experience in education marketing, admissions, or institutional sales — ideally within colleges, universities, or the edtech sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student admissions by developing partnerships with junior colleges, tuition classes, coaching institutes, and career counsellors , as well as implementing strategic outreach and marketing initiatives to increase student enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and maintain partnerships with colleges, coaching centers, and educational consultants to generate qualified student leads.
  • Plan and execute outreach activities such as seminars, workshops, and tie-up programs to promote the institution's offerings.
  • Drive admission conversions through effective follow-ups, counseling, and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and admission teams to align promotional campaigns and student acquisition strategies.
  • Prepare periodic reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and partnership outcomes.
  • Represent the institution at education fairs, exhibitions, and student engagement events .
  • Conduct regular visits and meetings with potential partners and stakeholders (travel allowances provided).
  • Qualifications & Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's in Marketing / Business Administration preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or admissions — preferably in the education or training sector .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills .
  • Strong networking ability and a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Willingness to travel locally for tie-ups and promotional activities.
