Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced recruiter with active LinkedIn access to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using LinkedIn to source, engage, and close candidates across multiple technical roles. You will play a key role in driving talent acquisition strategies and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Responsibilities :
End-to-End Recruitment : Handle the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to closing offers, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Talent Sourcing : Use LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms to identify, engage, and build relationships with top-tier candidates, especially in tech roles (AWS, Cloud Engineering, Data Engineering, etc.).
Candidate Screening : Conduct initial screenings and interviews, assess candidate fit for roles, and collaborate with hiring managers to determine selection criteria.
Job Posting & Promotion : Create and manage job postings across LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms, ensuring a consistent employer brand message.
Collaborative Hiring : Work closely with hiring managers and team leaders to understand role requirements and expectations, ensuring alignment in the recruitment process.
Candidate Experience : Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
Market Intelligence : Stay updated on current market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to ensure competitive advantage.
Reporting : Track and report recruitment metrics, providing regular updates to HR and senior management on hiring progress and pipeline health.
Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum 8+ years of recruiting experience, specifically in tech recruitment (AWS, Cloud, Data Engineering, etc.).
LinkedIn Proficiency : Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other LinkedIn tools for sourcing, messaging, and managing talent pipelines.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively and professionally.
Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Negotiation Skills : Strong negotiation skills to close candidates and navigate compensation discussions.
Adaptability : Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Preferred Skills :
Experience with other recruitment tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Indeed, and Naukri.
Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting tools.
Knowledge of cloud technologies, data engineering, and software development roles is a plus.
