About Us

Darshh Builders is a fast-growing turnkey construction and luxury residential builder based in Assam. We handle premium villas, apartments, G+1 to G+6 buildings, and high-end interior projects across the state.

We combine architectural excellence with on-site precision , making design a central part of everything we do.

We are now looking for a Senior Architect who can work remotely from home and independently lead all design work.

Role Overview

This is a full-time remote WFH role where you will take ownership of our architectural design workflow—from concept planning to detailed execution drawings.

The ideal candidate should be highly disciplined, technically strong, and capable of managing multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design development for premium villas, apartment projects, commercial projects & interiors.

Prepare conceptual layouts, 2D plans, elevation concepts, working drawings, detail drawings, sections, and GFC sets.

Coordinate closely with site engineers daily to ensure drawings match site conditions.

Update, revise, and resolve design queries in real time.

Maintain documentation and submit drawings within committed timelines.

Ensure compliance with local bye-laws, building codes, seismic norms, and service coordination.

Participate in review meetings with founders and provide expert recommendations.

Required Skills

B.Arch (mandatory); M.Arch preferred.

5–7+ years of architectural experience with strong technical knowledge.

Expert-level AutoCAD skills (mandatory).

Proficiency in SketchUp / Lumion, Photoshop, Revit (optional).

Solid understanding of RCC drawings, MEP coordination, and construction detailing.

Ability to work from home with high discipline and daily accountability.

Strong communication and presentation skills.
