Job description12+ years in software architecture and enterprise application design. Strong hands-on experience with UiPath RPA and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Familiarity with other RPA tools such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, OpenSpan, or WorkFusion. Proven experience in Agile delivery and stakeholder management. Strong analytical, solution thinking, and problem-solving skills. Experience in managing globally distributed teams and working under tight deadlines. Practical understanding of commercial and contractual aspects, including SLAs and project planning. Fast learner with adaptability to new technologies and platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for innovation and continuous learning in automation and low-code development.

A seasoned technical expert with over 12 years of experience in software architecture and enterprise solution design. Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement scalable automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

- Mentor teams on RPA and Power Platform best practices, governance, and compliance.

- Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage development workflows and project execution.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Support stakeholder engagement and communication across business and technology teams.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
- Contribute to process reengineering and infrastructure awareness in solution design.
- Drive continuous improvement through innovation, experimentation, and feedback.
