Role : Business Analyst
Location : Pune & Coimbatore (Hybrid)
Experience : 6+ Years
Domain : Property & Casualty (Insurance) Mandatory
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements and drive alignment.
- Confirm requirements, manage approvals, and ensure consistency between business and IT teams.
- Support projects throughout their full lifecyclefrom discovery through delivery.
- Develop and maintain process flows, use cases, BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
- Assist in solution testing and validation to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Communicate effectively across technical teams, business units, and leadership.
Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum 6 years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.Documentation Skills : Proven ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive requirements documentation.Stakeholder Management : Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams.Methodologies : Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.Tools : Proficiency with workflow tools (Visio, Lucid chart).Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.Familiarity with ServiceNow and SQL (ServiceNow implementation experience preferred but not required)(ref : hirist.tech)
