Job description2–5 years of experience in fantasy gaming , sports operations , or consumer tech platforms with real-time engagement. Strong understanding of Cricket , Football , Basketball , and Kabaddi , including player stats and gameplay formats. Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working under tight timelines during live events. Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and basic data tools. Strong communication and coordination skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during major matches or tournaments. Be part of a bold mission to reshape gaming in India . Responsibilities
- Manage daily fantasy operations — contest creation, line ups, player updates, match setups, and result validation across sports.
- Ensure accurate and timely scoring for live matches in Cricket, Football, Basketball, and Kabaddi .
- Coordinate with product, tech, and customer support teams to ensure seamless match-day operations.
- Monitor contests in real time to identify and resolve issues quickly.
- Maintain data accuracy from third-party providers and internal systems.
- Track performance metrics, analyze contests, and share insights to improve gameplay experience.
- Stay up-to-date with sports schedules, player news, and fantasy trends.
