Python Developer (AI Automation / Power Automate Desktop)

Location : 100% Remote (India)

Experience : 3–6 Years

Type : Full-time, Long-term

Start Date : ASAP

To expand our intelligent automation capabilities, we are looking for experienced Python Developers who enjoy building smart assistants, integrating processes with Power Automate Desktop , and designing robust backend automations.

Your Role

As a Python Developer (AI Automation) , you will :

Develop AI assistants and automation solutions using Python and Power Automate Desktop (PAD)
Build data flows between local systems, cloud APIs, and internal tools
Integrate Machine Learning or Generative AI components (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain)
Write automation scripts for data extraction, processing, and workflow control
Implement testing, logging, and error-handling mechanisms
Collaborate with product and DevOps teams to deliver production-ready automation solutions

What We Expect

3–6 years of experience in Python development

Strong knowledge of Python 3.x

Experience with Power Automate Desktop or other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere)

Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)

Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
