Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation : -
Identity and reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, Linkedin, and other prospecting tools.Quality leads based on business needs, pain points, and decision-making authority.Build and maintain a steady pipeline of high-value prospects.
New Account Acquisition & Onboarding : -
Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closureConduct product demos, showcase value propositions, and handle objections effectively.Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition.Sales & Revenue Growth : -
Drive new customer acquisition and meet / exceed assigned sales targets.Identity upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the onboarding phase.Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure a win-win partnership.Performance Tracking & Market Insights : -
Track and report sales performance, pipeline progress, and conversion rates.Analyze customer feedback and competitor trends to refine sales strategies.Provide insights to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.Flexibility & Adaptability : -
