Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Trainer located in Bengaluru. The Mortgage Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs related to the mortgage industry. Day-to-day tasks include preparing training materials, conducting training sessions, assessing trainees&apos performance, and providing feedback. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to identify training needs and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

• Proficiency in developing training materials and programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
• Experience with e-learning platforms and tools
• Familiarity with industry software and technology
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Previous experience as a mortgage trainer or similar role is a plus
