We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – HR to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Recruitment, Payroll Management, and End-to-End HR Operations , preferably within the real estate industry . The role requires a proactive professional who can manage HR processes efficiently while supporting the company's growth and people strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition :

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of talent through job portals, networking, and referrals.
