IIOT Lead - PLC / SCADA

Core Tech Skills :

• Proficiency in PLC, SCADA, HMI & OPC server (like Kepware) solution / Software Development
• Experience in PLC programming using any major platform (e.g., Siemens Step7 / TIA Portal, Allen-Bradley RS Logix, Mitsubishi GX Works, etc.
• Familiarity with integration of applications with existing IT systems.
• Experience on interfacing with 3rd party systems using communication protocols like Modbus, OPC UA etc.
• Experience in estimating engineering efforts.
• Should have worked mandatorily in Industrial Automation and MES systems like Historian, SCADA, PLC / RTU, integration, Equipment Instrumentation integration etc.
• Experience in use cases like Energy Management, OEE, Utility Optimization, Process improvement.
• Experience in IIOT solution architecture designing.
• Site survey, understand process, industrial control system & ability to convert on-site IIOT requirement into project SRS & should have ability to manage project with team.
• Co-ordinate with Automation service provider, OEM for necessary project management.
• Need to visit customer plant / site in India & abroad.
