Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud . The ideal candidate will be proficient in Apex programming , LWC (Lightning Web Components) , Flow Builder , and integration techniques. This is a critical role that involves hands-on development, customization, and working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex Classes , LWC , and Flow Builder .
- Build and enhance technician flows , quote flows , and communication triggers .
- Develop and integrate with REST / SOAP APIs .
- Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation , including architecture diagrams, data flows, and development guides.
- Implement solutions on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security of custom Salesforce applications.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development .Strong experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.Expertise in Apex , LWC , Visualforce , and Flow Builder .Experience building custom logic for technician and quote flows .Proficient in integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs .Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and security model.Excellent communication skills for requirement gathering and stakeholder interaction.Experience in creating technical and functional documentation .Preferred Qualifications :
Salesforce Developer certification(s) (e.g., Platform Developer I / II).Experience working in Agile development environments.Familiarity with DevOps tools for Salesforce (e.g., Gearset, Copado) is a plus.
