About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accounting Associate to support the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of our US-based company. The ideal candidate will assist with payroll processing, invoice management, vendor coordination, timesheet follow-ups, and bookkeeping activities in QuickBooks. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow with the company while working remotely from India.

Key Responsibilities 1. Accounts Receivable

• Generate customer invoices and share them on time.
• Follow up with clients for outstanding payments.
• Track incoming payments and update accounting records.
• Assist in customer communication regarding billing queries.
