Inviting Applications for the role of Consultant - Service Now Developer

In this role, you will be Managing Production tasks including ServiceNow Application maintenance including version upgrades. Coordinate upgrades to Production and Sub-Production instances, coordinate sub-production testing, evaluation, and regression remediation, Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow Platform

Responsibilities

• .Working knowledge in all aspects of ServiceNow Applications development.
• .Participate in solution discussions and contribute to user story creation.
• .Collaborate with Business Analyst, Architect and Technical Lead.
• .Code / configure technical solution as per requirements.
• .Perform Unit testing, resolve defects identified in Unit testing.
• .Develop features, bug fixes and write various Server-side and client-side scripts
• .ServiceNow Integrations using Spokes and custom API with external tools.
• .Manage Production support tasks including ServiceNow Application maintenance including version upgrades. Coordinate upgrades to Production and Sub-Production instances, coordinate sub-production testing, evaluation, and regression remediation, Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow Platform
• .Work with a remote team, requiring ability to communicate well via phone and email (writing skills)
• .Stay current with new and updated capabilities of the ServiceNow Platform
• .Maintain the integrity of the ServiceNow platform across the organization
• .Assisting in troubleshooting effort
• .Monitor and review patch / release issues
