Role Overview

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant with 1–7 years of experience to design, develop, and customize solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. The role involves working on CRM / ERP modules , integrations, and Power Platform components.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications based on business requirements.
• Develop plugins, workflows, and scripts using C#,.NET, and JavaScript.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with Microsoft 365 tools and third-party applications.
• Work with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) for low-code solutions.
• Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization .
• Maintain technical documentation and follow best practices.
