Key Responsibilities :

Manage the demand intake process, collaborating with various business units to capture, evaluate, and prioritize new business demands.

Translate business requirements into detailed user stories to ensure seamless communication with development and delivery teams.

Oversee the entire project lifecycle—from planning and execution to rollout and post-implementation support.

Conduct regular stakeholder reviews, monitor progress through KPIs, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with telecom industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project execution.

Required Skills :

5–10 years of experience in IT Project Management is must

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in demand management.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
