Job Summary :
To lead the design, acquisition, and management of large-scale partnerships with state governments, CSR foundations, skill missions, and social impact institutions that align with Magic Billions mission of enabling global careers for Indian youth. The AGM will act as a bridge between impact, policy, and performance converting opportunities into funded projects while ensuring compliance, delivery excellence, and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategy & Pipeline Building
a. Develop a clear State & Foundation Partnerships Roadmap aligned with annual revenue and impact targets (e.g., # of youth trained, placements enabled, value of MoUs).
b. Map all CSR, philanthropic, and government missions aligned to global mobility, skilling, or youth employability.
c. Build a national and regional pipeline of partnerships with clear prioritization logic : high-impact states, high-funding foundations, and anchor donor institutions
2. Relationship Management & Stakeholder Engagement
a. Lead engagement with senior bureaucrats, state skill mission heads, CSR decision-makers, and foundation trustees.
b. Represent Magic Billion at policy forums, state-level reviews, and MoU signings establishing credibility and thought leadership.
c. Maintain deep trust with government and institutional stakeholders through regular reporting, success stories, and impact reviews.
3. Proposal Development & Deal Structuring
a. Lead concept note creation, proposals, and funding decks with narrative + quantifiable impact.
b. Co-design funding models (PPP, CSR, MoU-based sponsorships, state grants) with the Finance and Compliance teams.
c. Align proposals with Magic Billions operational capacity, legal frameworks, and placement outcomes.
d. Negotiate terms, draft addenda, and ensure all partner obligations are contractually secured.
4. Project Launch & Delivery Oversight
a. Collaborate with Training Ops, KAM, Legal, and State leads to ensure smooth onboarding and rollout of projects.
b. Create state-specific dashboards capturing KPIs — enrolments, training completions, visa submissions, and placements.
c. Conduct quarterly impact audits and share structured review reports with the COO and partners.
5. Communication, PR & Visibility
a. Work closely with Brand & Communications to amplify state and CSR partnership wins across media, LinkedIn, and policy channels.
b. Ensure every MoU and project success contribute to Magic Billion's brand equity as India's leading global employability platform.
6. Governance, Risk & Compliance
a. Coordinate with the Legal & Compliance cell to ensure all projects are legally compliant with CAF, MoU, and data privacy standards.
b. Build a proactive risk register for state projects covering financial, reputational, and delivery risks.
c. Maintain institutional data security and documentation protocols.
