Position: Senior Accountant/ Finance Controller

Location: Piplod, Surat

Salary Budget: 50k to 70k

Role Overview

We need one reliable, long-term owner who can independently manage and take over the entire accounts system end-to-end, as the founder travels frequently.

Businesses to be handled

* Company-owned café outlets (Origins, Reserve)

* Franchise outlets (royalty tracking)

* Trading company (supply chain)

* Group-level MIS & reporting

Key Responsibilities

* Outlet-wise & entity-wise P&L

* Daily / weekly / monthly MIS

* Cash flow & payment planning

* GST, TDS, compliance

* Franchise royalty reconciliation

* Supervision of junior accountant

* Coordination with CA

* Live reporting to founder

Mandatory Requirements

* 6–10 years experience

* Hospitality / café / restaurant / franchise background

* Hands-on, ownership mindset

* Comfortable working directly with founder

* Able to run the system independently
