Manage All Legal, Compliance & Regulatory Matters pan India.
Spearhead comprehensive legal strategy for operations across India.
Litigation Management :
Minimize legal exposure and maximized success rate by overseeing all lawsuits and disputes. Develop effective case strategies, action plans, and accordingly
draft legal documents. Conduct in-depth legal research, identify relevant case law, and laision with external counsel.
Compliance & Regulatory Affairs :
Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Represent Our client in meetings with government
agencies and regulatory bodies. Proactively identify and mitigate potential legal and
compliance risks.
Contract Management :
Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts with vendors, partners, and property owners. Ensured all agreements aligned with organization's interests and legal requirements.
Regulatory Liaison :
Maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities to ensure smooth business operations. Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.
Due Diligence :
Conduct due diligence and mitigating legal risks. Manage legal aspects of site acquisition, including lease agreements and property law compliance.
Stakeholder Management :
Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to ESG, internal stakeholders, including regional leadership teams. Proactively address legal concerns and ensured informed decision-making.
Last but important : -
Incumbents Managing / Managed GST and Excise Matters, will be preferred.
