TCS is hiring SERVICENOW SENIOR ADMIN

Total Experience Range : 5- 12 years

Mode of Interview : ONLINE

Location : Hyderabad / PAN INDIA

Must Have

5+ years of experience and strong knowledge in ServiceNow Admin to manage Production systems.

Extensive experience with Linux.

Development experience in SNOW ITSM module.

Good to Have

Provide SNOW Admin L2 support as per shift coverage requirement

Triaging and resolution of incidents, handling key events, supporting release and deployments

Essential :

Develop or enhance existing ITSM modules.

Participating in and handling Incident escalation calls

Minimum Qualification :

• 15 years of full-time education
• Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
