Job descriptionLead a high-performing IT team across applications, infrastructure, and BI Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning Oversee lifecycle management of web and mobile platforms Drive adoption of scalable, user-centric technologies Ensure resilience and uptime across networks, data centers, and endpoints Build a proactive cybersecurity framework with robust monitoring and response Lead cloud migration and optimization initiatives Explore AI, automation, and analytics to enhance competitive edge Establish enterprise-wide BI practices for real-time insights Ensure data governance, accuracy, and accessibility Deliver large-scale IT programs within scope and budget Manage vendor relationships to maximize value and service quality Own IT budgeting and investment planning Ensure cost-effective technology decisions with measurable impact Bachelor’s in computer science, IT, or related field (master’s or certifications preferred) 18+ years of progressive IT leadership, ideally in manufacturing Proven success in digital transformation, infrastructure, and BI Strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills Deep understanding of enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and data strategy
