About Us

We are a founder-led startup backed by ex-Amazon and ISB professionals, building a next-generation consumer internet product that blends community, engagement, and scale. We are seeking a Technical Co-Founder with strong Android development expertise who can build our product from the ground up and later scale and lead the engineering team.

Role Overview

As the Technical Co-Founder, you will :

  • Lead the end-to-end development of our Android / IOS application (MVP → scale).
  • Set up the tech stack and architecture for scalability, security, and speed.
  • Own maintenance, feature releases, and product stability.
  • Recruit and lead the engineering team as we scale.
  • Be a key decision-maker in shaping the technology roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and develop a robust, scalable Android / IOS application using Kotlin / Swift / Java.
  • Integrate backend services / APIs, ensuring smooth performance and high concurrency handling.
  • Establish engineering best practices, version control, CI / CD, and app monitoring.
  • Collaborate closely with founders on product vision and business alignment.
  • Build and mentor a strong tech team as the company grows.

    • Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in Android / IOS app development (Kotlin / Java, Android SDK).
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and scalable backend integration.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) and database design.
  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
  • Prior experience building consumer internet or social / community products (a big plus).
  • Ability to take full ownership and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
