Years of experience : 3+ yearsPrimary Technology : Quality Management, ISOMandatory Skills / Technology : Project ManagementOther nice to have skills : Statistical skillsWork Timings : 9 AM to 6 PMJob Description : As part of a team which liaises with the Delivery, Enabling Function and Service Lines the SEPG associate should coordinate with these functions and ensure that the deliverable quality from G10X is optimal and that the customer experience is flawless.He / She will for this purpose optimize the internal quality system and ensure is adherence across teams.Duties to be performed : Track compliance with organizational processes, standards, and frameworks.Prepare and circulate project dashboards, metrics reports, and audit summaries.Document findings from project reviews, audits, and assessments.Monitor corrective and preventive actions until closure.Maintain version-controlled process assets, SOPs, and templates.Support internal and external audit readiness.Facilitate training and awareness sessions on processes and quality practices.Highlight risks, escalations, and process deviations to management.
