Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Project Manager to lead and deliver successful SAP implementation, upgrade, and rollout projects across multiple modules. This requires a strong understanding of SAP solutions, excellent leadership and communication skills, and hands-on experience managing large-scale enterprise projects using standard methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects using Agile / Waterfall methodologies, with hands-on experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, or similar).
Candidates should be able to collaborate with business stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams to define project objectives and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage project governance, ensuring adherence to PMO standards, change management, and quality assurance.

Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reports.

Lead cross-functional teams across modules such as SAP SD, MM, FI / CO, HCM, Ariba, SuccessFactors, and BTP.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

10+ years of total experience with 5+ years of project management experience in SAP implementations or rollouts.

Strong knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA, SAP ECC, or SAP Cloud solutions.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Benefits :

Exposure to SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, or SAP Analytics Cloud is preferred.
