Lead Product Initiatives

Project Lead

The role serves as the central driver of planning, execution, and reporting across multiple product initiatives. It requires someone highly skilled in PMO practices, tools, and methodologies, with experience working in scaled agile environments and ideally with Release Train Engineer responsibilities.

• Strategic Planning :
• Lead yearly and quarterly planning sessions across multiple product lines to ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Monitor product initiatives across multiple engineering teams to identify areas for improvement.
• Execution & Delivery :
• Proactively escalate blockers, risks, or resource needs; drive timely solutions and communicate effectively with leadership.
• Analyze operational and program data to generate actionable insights and share learnings.
• Governance & Reporting :
• Develop and maintain process documentation and governance frameworks.
• Leverage JIRA and other reporting tools to provide visibility and tracking.
• Cross-Functional Leadership :
• Influence without authority, building strong relationships across product, engineering, QA, design, and business teams.
• Partner with leadership to optimize processes and delivery models.

The ideal candidate will have 7+yrs of project management experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments, proven success managing multiple complex product initiatives simultaneously, and expertise in JIRA and related PMO tools.
