Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Build and run A / B tests with Optimizely.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute experiments.
  • Implement front-end changes (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
  • Analyze experiment results and share insights.
  • Maintain experiment documentation and QA.

Skills & Qualifications :

  • 6+ years of front-end development experience.
  • Hands-on with Optimizely or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of A / B testing and analytics tools.
  • Experience with feature flagging a plus.
  • Knowledge of React, Angular, or Vue.js preferred.
