Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager / Assistant HR Manager to join our human resource team. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience across recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR operations, while contributing strategically to build a motivated, high-performing team culture across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and selection.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee smooth onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
2. Employee Engagement & Performance Management
Design and implement engagement initiatives to strengthen team morale and retention.Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven workplace culture.Drive performance appraisal cycles and ensure timely goal-setting and reviews.3. HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure adherence to all statutory compliance requirementsMaintain accurate employee records and HR databases.4. Strategic HR & Leadership Support
Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.Provide data-driven insights for decision-making related to workforce planning and productivity.Support organizational restructuring, change management, and policy implementation.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance frameworks.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and build trust across teams.Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office Suite.
