We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and aesthetically driven Graphic Designer to join our marketing and social media team. In this role, you will bring brand stories to life through visually compelling content, helping strengthen our brand voice and mission across all channels.

Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts that elevate brand visibility and reinforce our mission of sustainability.

Develop platform-specific visual content across formats such as videos, reels, stories, and static posts for social media.

Create high-quality designs including banners, ads, campaign creatives, and weekly content aligned with the brand identity.

Apply strong design sensibilities across typography, color, layout, and composition to craft visually appealing assets.

Edit videos and create motion graphics to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.

Maintain a cohesive visual style across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements 1+ year of experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong and diverse portfolio showcasing prior work.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).

Solid understanding of design fundamentals , including typography, color theory, and layout.

Experience in video editing and motion graphics .

Ability to adapt designs across various platforms and formats with creativity and clarity.

Work Arrangement Primarily remote, with quarterly travel to Pune for in-person collaboration.
