• Lead the end-to-end model lifecycle of our conversational AI, ensuring efficacy with clinical psychologists.
• Design safe retrieval for mental-health use cases and build alignment & safety layers.
• Establish LLMOps : datasets, prompts / checkpoints / versioning, observability, drift monitoring, and incident response for model quality.
