Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Cluster Manager for a leading stock broking company, responsible for managing and expanding the franchise network in Delhi NCR, Guwahati, and Prayagraj.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and grow the franchise network in the assigned region
Ensure revenue generation and achievement of sales targets
Provide training and support to franchise partners
Monitor performance and ensure compliance with company policies
Develop strategies for partner acquisition and retention

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of experience in franchise management or broking / financial services

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple franchises

Good understanding of equity, derivatives, and other financial products

Preferred Candidates :

Candidates with prior experience in the broking industry or financial sector

Based in or willing to relocate to the mentioned locations
