Job descriptionConduct deep brand requirement analysis and problem diagnosis Present smart, structured marketing solutions aligned with business goals Become a trusted advisor to C-suite and marketing leadership Track industry shifts, consumer trends, and competitors Identify category expansion opportunities Represent BloomX at relevant industry events, meetings, and networks Work tightly with strategy, performance, creative, tech & delivery teams Drive strong handover and onboarding of new clients Maintain accurate deal tracking and forecasting via CRM discipline 5–8 years in business development, client partnerships, or consultative sales, ideally in a digital marketing / creative agency Excellent understanding of : Performance & funnel marketing Social strategy + content + growth Influencer marketing and communication strategy Creative campaigns and brand thinking Comfortable and confident in CXO-level conversations Organized, sharp communicator & great storyteller during pitches Proactive deal closer — persistence + negotiation + follow-through Loves bringing in new logos and solving client problems Thinks strategically but moves fast Enjoys meeting founders and decision-makers Builds relationships that convert into long-term business Treats revenue growth like their personal KPI

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who has proven experience in winning high-value clients and managing long-running business relationships.
This role combines consultative selling, strategy understanding, brand-leader networking, and strong ownership of revenue growth.
You will collaborate closely with founders and internal teams to convert business opportunities into long-term partnerships.
