About the Program :

The Academy Launchpad Program is a flagship initiative aimed at identifying and nurturing

talent for field sales roles in the gold industry. It offers a unique blend of practical training, career

advancement opportunities, and financial rewards, making it a one-of-a-kind program in the

industry.

Internship Phase :

Paid Internship : Candidates will receive a stipend of ₹12,700 during the internship phase.
Sales Training : Comprehensive field sales training to equip candidates with essential skills.
Performance-Based Absorption : Achieve specified sales targets during the internship to secure a permanent role with the company.

Job Description :

End to End ownership of the a loan journey, starting from lead generation to meeting CX to fulfillment of the loan

Owning & delivering targets for the assigned territory / cluster

Post promotion to RM, candidate will have to do gold appraisal (training will be provided for the same) and manage a team
